PetSmart - Store in Forsyth

This place would get 4 stars because they are friendly and mostly helpful but they have recently started requireing the you bring in your rabies vac paperwork just to have dog nails trimmed. I understand not wanting to put other pets in harms way but our dog was a rescue this year from our pound and is registered which means we have to have the vac and its good for the year but they wont accept that instead as we cant find thw vac paperworm. Common sense and some thought go a long way here.

Wonderful store and helpful Employees! I would like to see them expand the cages for the reptiles and the birds, that isn't enough space for them! Other than that great store, reasonable prices, and such helpful workers! My dog loves it there too :D!

The employees are somewhat knowlegable but have given me confusing and unhelpful info. They try their best but they are not professionals, U might be better off talking to one before coming here. Products are good though they seem to have a wide selection

Took our dog here for grooming because our dog won't let us trim her nails. We knew she would be rowdy but they handled her well and did a good job. We watched some of the other dogs being groomed before we went in and they were very nice to them. They even grinded our dogs nails for free which was nice. Thanks to summer and the team leader I forget her name.
